We are strictly NO SMOKING. Anyone found to be or have been smoking in the building will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Check in is from 2pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement, we will be flexible if we can, however our latest arrival time is 10.00pm) We ask for an estimated arrival time prior to your stay, and please keep us informed if this is to differ greatly.
Check out is 10am on the day of departure. Full payment is due for the duration of your stay on arrival. Cash or card payments are accepted (cheque for deposits ONLY) Credit cards will incur 2.5% surcharge. Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9am. Early breakfast from 7.30 may be available by arrangement (Monday to Friday only. Excluding August) 24th Dec to 1st Jan is “room only” (no breakfast is served and the lounge is available)
Sorry but we do not provide breakfast for passengers leaving on the early Condor Ferry! Our lounge/dining room is available to use to consume any food you bring in until 10.00pm. We ask that food is not eaten in the bedrooms.
Any damage caused to the rooms or anywhere else in the building will be charged for. This includes extra laundry costs where required, for sick or wet beds and extra cleaning charges for a room smoked in or excessively messy rooms (e.g. food or biscuits trodden into the floor!)
If a toilet is put out of action, because an unsuitable item has been put down it, a repair charge will be made. This will be dependant on the damage caused, but a minimum charge of £50 will apply. Also please bear in mind that if the toilet cannot be repaired on the day, your stay with us may be forfeited. No refund will be given
We are not responsible for loss or damage to any items belonging to our guests. All items remain your responsibility at all times.
No unauthorized persons are allowed in the Guesthouse at any time without the permission of the owner. Any unregistered persons in any guest bedroom will be asked to leave together with the registered guest.
One set of room keys is given per room on check in. These must be returned at the end of your stay. Any lost keys will incur a charge for locks to be changed a full set of front door keys to be replaced. Please ensure all persons staying in one room can gain access via the key holder, as anyone arriving at the building without a front door key will not be allowed access between 10.00pm and 8am.
We do not take Stag or Hen parties. Single sex parties will only be accepted by prior arrangement.
Sorry but we do not have the facilities for children under 2. Any child staying needs to be able to sleep in a bed.
We do not accept any animals. |
